Son of Thomas and Elizabeth Chadwick, of Chorley, Lancashire; husband of Lettice Chadwick, of 707, Ringwood Street, South Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, formerly of 70, Bury New Road, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted September 1916. Reported as William CHADWICK in local newspaper.

Charlton, Harry –

Of 81, Longcauseway, Farnworth, Lancashire. Enlisted March 1915. Wounded.

Cheetham, Jack –

Elder son of Mr. Tom Cheetham, of Longlands, Hazelhurst, Worsley, Lancashire. Wounded in France. His right leg and foot were badly damaged resulting in amputation.

Crompton, Charles Anders –

Husband of Alice Crompton (nee Gillibrand), of 48, Blindsill Road, New Bury, Farnworth, Lancashire. Enlisted January 1915.

Crompton, Harry –

Husband of Mrs. Crompton, of 100, Newport Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Seriously wounded in both arms, the right leg and chest September 1916. Two brothers served, one with the Grenadier Guards (wounded July 1916) and one in the Royal Field Artillery.

Cunliffe, Stanley –

Son of William and Susannah Barker, of 92, Orlando Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted December 1915.

Cunliffe, William Barker –

Son of William and Susannah Barker; husband of Sarah Ann Cunliffe (nee Gibson), of 41, Orlando Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted November 1915. Wounded on the same day his brother Stanley was killed. Reported missing.

Davies, Arthur –

Son of Robert and Annie Davies; husband of Gertrude Davies, of Brownlow Fold, Bolton, Lancashire.

Dobson, John –

Son of John and Alice Ann Dobson; husband of Gladys Ethel Dobson, of Manor Park, Essex.
