Husband of Mrs. Kelly, of 5, Cross Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Wounded. Attached Military Foot Police. Wounded by gunshot in the left forearm in France 13/10/1915. Previously served in the South African Campaign with the 3rd Bn., South Lancashire Regiment.

Of 22, Preston Street, Great Lever, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted August 1915.

King, Charles Harwood –

Son of Horace Harry and Emma King, of Clarence Street, Bolton, Lancashire. An old boy of the Bolton Municipal Secondary School. Joined the King’s Liverpool Regiment in April 1916 and drafted to the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment in France as a Corporal.

Langan, John James –

Son of Michael and Mary Jane Langan, of 63, Crompton Street, Farnworth, Lancashire; husband of Florence Langan (now Brown), of 7, Short Street, Common Road, Earlestown, Lancashire. Formerly served with the King’s Shropshire Light Infantry, mobilised for war service as a reservist.

Son of George and Annie Langdon, of 11, Norton Street, Astley Bridge, Bolton, Lancashire, and formerly of 10, Mortfield Street, Bolton, Lancashire.

Leach, James Arthur –

Husband of Mrs. Leach, of 71, Victoria Grove, Bolton, Lancashire. Reported missing since 25/04/1915 at the second battle of Ypres, and subsequently presumed killed. His eldest son served in the Machine Gun Corps in Egypt.
