Son of Mr. and Mrs. Pickup, of 19, Stone Street, Tonge Moor, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed in the offices of the Bolton Cooperative Society. Enlisted 1914.

Pickvance, Harry –

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Pickvance, of 28, Gordon Avenue, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted January 1915. Suffered trench fever and dysentery.

Pickvance, James –

Son of H. J. and A. Pickvance, of Bolton, Lancashire. Of 34, Ramwell Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted aged 16 in March 1915. Formerly 4092, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Wounded 25th August and died three days later.

Son of Claud Pierrepont, dental surgeon of Bromley Cross, Turton, Lancashire, and formerly of St. George’s Road, Bolton, Lancashire, and the late Caroline (Carrie) Pierrepont (nee Ward); husband of Elizabeth Alice Pierrepont (nee Disley), of 13, Lilly Street, Bolton, Lancashire. An old boy of Bolton Municipal Secondary School. Enlisted in 1914 as Gunner 1313 in the Bolton Artillery. Commissioned 28/01/1916, following promotion to Sergeant on 06/01/1916. Reported missing and believed drowned.

Formerly Private 19219, 3rd Bn. and 2nd/4th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Caught as an absentee from Felixstowe since 14/02/1917 and from Knowsley Park, Prescot since 09/02/1915.
