Formerly 113964, Royal Army Medical Corps, and formerly 51835, 6th Reserve Bn., Lancashire Fusiliers. Died from injuries sustained in an aeroplane accident. Recorded under Lancashire Fusiliers on SDGW, and Royal Air Force on CWGC.
