Son of Charles Sheridan. Resided with a brother at 52, Venture Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed as a carter for the Bolton Corporation. Enlisted September 1914. Wounded in Salonika in December 1916. Died at Townleys Hospital after a short leave.

Sheridan, Michael –

Sherwood, John Thomas –

Son of John Thomas and Ann Sherwood; husband of Emily Elizabeth Sherwood , of 106, Ellesmere Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Enlisted January 1915. Injured in a fall in 1916 which affected him until he died at Preston Barracks, Brighton, Sussex. Home service only.

Grandson of Mrs. Jane Shields, of 81, Brandwood Street, Daubhill, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed at the Brackley Colliery. Formerly Pioneer 297594, Royal Engineers. Died of broncho-pneumonia at the 9th General Hospital in France.
