Heyworth, Henry –

Youngest son of Samuel and Ann Heyworth, of 78, Brook Street5, Chorley, Lancashire. Had been a Sergeant in the Boys’ Brigade. Enlisted December 1915 as Private 7802, 4th/5th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment, and mobilised January 1916. Fought in the Somme offensive. Reported missing after Cambrai on 30/11/1917 and subsequently presumed killed.
