Logan, Walter –

Logan (Dunn), John Andrew (Thomas) –

NOTE:- Served as Thomas DUNN. Son of the late Stephen and Jane Loghan. The 1891 census gives John’s name as John A. Loghan, in the 1901 census this has changed to John Logan. He was killed during the battle of Frezenberg the 08/05/1915, which proved to be the worst in the King’s Own Royal Lancaster Regiment’s history. An article found in the Salford Reporter states that John had served in the army for 10 years and his sister lived at 35 Rudman Street, Salford, Lancashire.
