Delaney, James –

Son of John and Mary Ann Delaney, of 155, Regent Road, Salford, Lancashire; husband of Mary Lillian Delaney (nee O’Garr), of 50, Silk Street, Salford, Lancashire (married 17/03/1914). James enlisted aged 18 and prior to enlistment he had worked as a kitchen porter. Due to James’s death Mary was awarded a pension of 16 shillings and 3 pence a week.
