Son of Edward Ernest and Elizabeth Mary Husband, of 2, Fair Street, Morris Green, Bolton, Lancashire. A true and faithful Soldier of our Lord and an earnest Soulwinner of the Salvation Army.

Leach, John –

Husband of Mary Jane Leach (nee Evans), of 112, Morris Green Lane, Daubhill, Bolton, Lancashire.

Lindley, Charles –

Son of Charles and Mary Lindley, of 2, Hooton Street, Bolton, Lancashire. A member of the Bolton Corps of the St. John Ambulance Brigade. Enlisted aged 16 in November 1915. Survived the torpedoing of the troopship Arcadian. Attached 3rd/57th Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery. Killed when a shell burst in his dug-out in Italy.

Son of Joseph Leonard and Mary Jane Lucas, of 8, Platt Hill Avenue, Deane, Bolton, Lancashire.

Mayoh, James –

Son of Willian and Edna Mayoh, of Bury Road, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Emily Ann Mayoh, of 58, Longfield Road, Daubhill, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted February 1915. Slightly wounded in the head July 1916.

Son of John Fearnley Middleton and Elizabeth Middleton, of 179, Morris Green Lane, Daubhill, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly 7330, King’s Liverpool Regiment.

Murray, Samuel Rothwell –

Son of Joseph and Mary Ann Murray, of 159, Morris Green Lane, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly 2720, Household Bn.

O’Neill, George Victor –

Son of George and Lucy Maud O’Neil, of 17, Sloane Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed at the Wharton Hall Colliery, Little Hulton, and associated with the No.2 Corps of the Salvation Army. Also sometimes recorded as O’NEIL.

Parkinson, Harold –

Son of Mr. J. T. Parkinson, of 22, Sapling Road, Bolton, Lancashire. One of several men killed by a mine explosion.

Schofield, Richard –

Brother of Elizabeth Schofield. Of 12, Morris Green Lane, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly 28626, Lancashire Fusiliers; formerly 16644, Leicestershire Regiment.

Simpson, William Robert –

Son of Lilian Simpson (nee Cooey), of Cronk Dhoo Castle, Greeba, St. Johns, Isle of Man, and the late Thomas Edmund Simpson, and formerly of 181, Morris Green Lane, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Elizabeth Simpson (nee Ormston), of 17, Gordon Street, Daubhill, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted January 1915. Wounded in the Dardanelles and died at hospital in Alexandria, Egypt.

Wilcock, Albert Edward –

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilcock, of Bag Lane, Atherton, Lancashire; husband of E. Wilcock, of 2, Gilnow Lane, Bolton, Lancashire, and formerly of 17, Thurnham Street, Morris Green, Bolton, Lancashire.
