Son of John Leyland Booth, of 202, Cunliffe Road, Marton, Blackpool, Lancashire, and the late Hannah Booth (nee Heaton), and formerly of 184, Folds Road, Bolton, Lancashire. Native of Bolton, Lancashire. Memorial service at the Primitive Methodist Chapel, Harwood, in September 1917.
