Nephew of the late Councillor John Haslam, of Derby Street, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Mrs. Haslam, of 15, North End, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Enlisted 1914. Taken prisoner in March 1918, and subsequently died of Bronchitis at Stendal Camp, Germany.
