Lever, James Beresford –

Eldest son of Percy Fogg Lever and Marian Lockyer Lever, of Vale Bank, Haulgh, Bolton, Lancashire. An old boy of the Bolton Church Institute. Scholar of Radley College; B.A. (Oxon.); Awarded the Chancellor’s Latin Prose Prize at Oxford University. Commissioned August 1940. Died as the result of an accident at Longford Castle, Alderbury, Wilstshire.
