Scarlin, Arthur Harold –

Son of the late Walter James Scarlin, and of Annie Gregg Scarlin. Of 36, Church Road, Liscard, Cheshire. Fatally injured when hit by a train at New Cross Station whilst on sentry duty and died at Lewisham Hospital, Kent. Brother of Reverend William James Cyril Scarlin, vicar of St. Stephen’s, Kearsley. Interred 12/10/1914 at St. Anne’s Church, Stanley, Liverpool. Listed as H A Scarlin in F&WJ. Home service only.
