Listed as Barry Tatlow on Rivington and Blackrod Grammar School WWI Roll of Honour, and also an old boy of Bolton Grammar School (1906-1908). Formerly employed at Hunt’s Bank, Manchester, as a clerk in the traffic department of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway. Enlisted September 1914.
