Son of Peter and Ellen Fox; husband of Jane Fox (nee Brown), of 48, Ainscow Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly of 31, Craddock Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed at the Lum Street Gas Works. Enlisted January 1915. Reported missing at Gallipoli and subsequently presumed killed.

Fraser, Alexander Traill –

Son of Ex-Police Sergeant Joseph Fraser, of the Turton police force, and Jeannie Fraser, of 225, Belmont Road, Astley Bridge, Bolton, Lancashire. An old boy of Bolton Grammar School (1909-1913). Formerly Sergeant 16867, Border Regiment. Survivor of the sinking of the ill-fated transport Royal Edward. Commissioned 29/10/1918.

Son of Robert and Lilly Gillespie. Brother of Elizabeth M. Gillespie, of Peel Green Road, Peel Green, Patricroft, Lancashire. Brother of Mr. H. Gillespie, of 6 Alexandra Grove, Irlam, Lancashire. Previously served as an Eccles Volunteer and as a Signaller in the Territorial Force.

Glennerster, Wright –

Son of Frederick William and Margaret Glennerster, of 2, The Avenue, Westhoughton, Lancashire. Formerly of Rownthorne Farm, Daisy Hill, Westhoughton, Lancashire. Enlisted January 1915. He died to save 5 companions during a bombardment.
