Holt, Leslie –

Of Lytham, Lancashire, and formerly of Walkden, Lancashire. Formerly in the choir of Walkden Memorial Road Primitive Methodist Church. Captured prisoner of war November 1917 and interned in Westphalia, Germany.

Hopcroft, George Henry –

Son of the late Edward and Sarah Hopcroft. Previously enlisted at Manchester on 02/09/1914 as Rifleman Z1266, 6th Bn., Rifle Brigade, and discharged as not likely to become an efficient soldier 26/10/1914. Re-enlisted. Previously wounded 14/12/1915 at Millencourt and treated at 15th Stationary Hospital, Rouen.

Son of George Hornby. Recorded as 4th Bn. on SDGW. Died of an abscess whilst prisoner of war at Eughein.
