(Bolton Archives: JBO/1/25) Formerly employed by the Lancashire and Yoorkshire Railway Company as a shunter at the Halliwell Sidings. Reported missing 30/11/1917 and subsequently confirmed prisoner of war interned at Minden, Westphalia.
