Youngest son of John Edward and Mary Taylor; husband of Ethel Mary Taylor (nee Norris), of 166, Parrin Lane, Monton, Eccles, Lancashire. Formerly 202666, Yorkshire Regiment.

Taylor, Ralph –

Son of Ralph and Elizabeth Taylor, of 64, Astley Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted September 1914. Formerly 240967, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. A brother served also.

Taylor, Sidney –

Son of Charles and Mary Taylor, of 123, Station Road, Kearsley, Lancashire. Enlisted August 1915. Formerly 23704, Lancashire Fusiliers. Reported missing and since 08/08/1916 and subsequently presumed dead.

Taylor, William Archie –

Son of William and Mary Ellen Taylor, of 112, King Street, Southport, Lancashire, and formerly resident of Bolton, Lancashire.

Tenpenny, Christopher –

Son of Mrs. Tenpenny, of 114, Wellington Street, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Mrs. Tenpenny, of Wolverhampton, Staffordshire. Enlisted February 1916. Three brothers also served.

Terry, Albert –

Of 10, Partington Court, Farnworth, Lancashire. Enlisted 3rd/5th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment in May 1915.

Thomas, James Byron –

Of 25, Stapleton Hall Road, Finsbury Park, London. Caught aged 24 as an absentee from Heaton Park since 29/03/1918 appearing before Bolton Magistrates 02/04/1918 to be sent back to his unit under escort. (Bolton Archives: JBO/1/29). Formerly Private 40431, 4th/5th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment.

Thomason, Samuel –

Son of the late John and Mary Thomason, of Swinton, Lancashire; husband of Esther Thomason, of 181, De Lacy Street, Preston, Lancashire.

Thompson, John –

Son of Samuel and Hannah Thompson, of Oak Villa Farm, Wilderswood, Horwich, Lancashire, and formerly of Old Harper’s Farm, Horwich, Lancashire. Enlisted May 1918. Died of pneumonia in France.

Thorpe, Samuel Herbert –

Son of Richard and Emily Thorpe, of 4, Latham Row, Horwich, Lancashire. Enlisted September 1914. Died from pnuemonia following influenza.
