Son of John Thomas Wilkinson and the late Rachel Wilkinson (nee Paulden); brother of Charles Wilkinson, of 22, Villiers Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Resided at 17, Heywoods Hollow, Astley Bridge, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly served 5 years as a Stoker in the Royal Navy. Enlisted August 1914.

Wilkinson, William –

Of 226, Station Road, Blackrod, Lancashire. Enlisted December 1914. Wounded aged 19 years in the leg at Gallipoli.

Willcock, James –

Son of Mrs. Mary Ann Willcock, of 10, Irlam Square, Irlams-o’th’-Height, Pendleton, Lancashire; husband of Annie Willcock, of 39, Devon Street, Beswick, Manchester, Lancashire. Enlisted November 1914. Two brothers also served.

Willett, Joseph Cyril –

Son of Joseph and Florence Beatrice Willett, of Cambria House, 246, Great Clowes Street, Broughton, Salford, Lancashire. Attached 152nd Company, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry).

Williams, Arthur –

Son of Hannah Williams, of 29, St. Thomas Street, Halliwell Road, Bolton, Lancashire, and the late Michael Williams. His father also fell.

Williams, Samuel –

Son of George and Betty Williams, of 163, Ellesmere Street, Farnworth, Lancashire; husband of Mrs. Williams, of 132, St. Germain Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Died from peritonitis following an operation for appendicitis. Memorial in Farnworth Cemetery. Reported as Loyal North Lancashire Regiment in F&WJ.
