Of 120, Blackhorse Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Wounded during the Dardanelles campaign. Reported missing since 06/09/1917.

Carroll, Joseph –

Youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. James Carroll, of 155, Ellesmere Street, Farnworth, Lancashire, and formerly of 179, Bridgewater Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Reported missing since 25/04/1918 from Kenmel Hill and confirmed captured prisoner of war. Repatriated 28/11/1918. St. Gregory’s R.C. Church, Farnworth.
