Of 21, Pickering Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Caught aged 18 as an absentee from Wellington Barracks, Dublin since 31/08/1918 appearing before Bolton Magistrates 19/09/1918 to be sent back to his unit under escort. (Bolton Archives: JBO/1/29).

Husband of Mrs. Davison, of 29, Slaterfield, Bolton, Lancashire. Reported missing since 12/05/1917, and subsequently presumed killed. Surname reported as DAVIDSON in BJ&G.

Dawber, Walter –

Son of Walter and Emily Dawber, of 19, Elizabeth Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Gassed and hospitalised at the Red Cross Hospital at Colwyn Bay in May 1915. Surname reported as DAUBER in F&WJ.

Dawson, Arthur –

Husband of Mrs. Dawson, of 49, Albert Road, Farnworth, Lancashire. Discharged due to Sickness 27/05/1916. Invalided home in October 1916 with TB, and was treated at the Wilkinson Sanatorium on Belmont Road, Bolton, Lancashire. Died aged 29 years on 02/06/1920 and interred on 05/06/1920 at Farnworth Cemetery.
