Husband of Annie Whitefoot (formerly Hawthorn), of 1, Lord Byron Street, Eccles New Road, Salford, Lancashire.

Hayes, Harry –

Youngest son of William and Charlotte Hayes, of 88, John Taylor Street, Bolton, Lancashire, and formerly of 167, Sidney Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Reported missing after an engagement on 26/08/1914 and subsequently regarded as killed on that date. Surname recorded as HAYS on SDGW and Medal Records.

Son of Cornelius and Matilda Hayes, of Pendleton, Lancashire. Attached 9th Bn., Lancashire Fusiliers.

Hayes, Joseph –

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Hayes, of 15, Lark Hill, Farnworth, Lancashire. Died in a field ambulance whilst being operated on for a gun shot wound in his right leg. Step-brother Harry Allen served in France.
