Son of James and Rose Anne Jackson, of 24, Arkwright Street, Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland; husband of Jane Jackson (nee Hanna), of Drumreagh, Ballymoney, County Antrim, Ireland. Formerly 111483, Royal Army Service Corps. Recorded as Samuel James Jackson on CWGC.

Jackson, Thomas –

Husband of Mrs. Jackson, of 18, Mozart Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Missing since the engagement at La Bassee on 22/12/1914. Recorded as J. Jackson in local newspaper but Thomas is the only soldier named Jackson of the 1st Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment to have died at the right time period.

Son of Alfred and Annie Jackson; husband of Emma Alice Jackson (nee Fletcher), of 56, Viking Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly of 121, Clarence Street and 14, Lee Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly Private 2316, 1st/5th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Wounded accidentally in the upper arm with a bayonet in October 1915. Listed missing since 31/07/1917, and subsequently presumed killed.

Son of Edmund Abraham and Jane Emma Jackson, of 5, Longcauseway, Farnworth, Lancashire. Enlisted August 1915.

Jackson, William –

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Jackson, of 121, Clarence Street, Bolton, Lancashire. A member of the St. George’s Church Lads Brigade Company. Mistakenly reported killed but subsequently confirmed prisoner of war at Limburg, Germany.

Jackson, William (Willie) –

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Jackson, of 16, Queensgate, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted October 1915. Formerly Private 5680, 1st/4th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Wrongly reported killed on 31/07/1917 and subsequently discovered alive.
