Son of Alexander Kidde MacDonald and Margaret Ann MacDonald, of 42, Mucey Road, West Bank, Widnes, Lancashire; husband of Martha Ann MacDonald, of 28, Thorne Street, Moses Gate, Farnworth, Lancashire. Fireman with the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Company.

MacKay, Sinclair Monroe –

Husband of Mary McKay, of 19, Collison Avenue, Chorley, Lancashire, and formerly of 42, Halstead Street, Bolton, Lancashire. A policeman since 1904 with the Lancashire County Constabulary, he was assistant weights and measures inspector for Bolton (County Division) before enlisting shortly after the outbreak of war. Reported as McKay in BJ&G.
