Pemberton, George –

Son of Thomas and Elizabeth Hannah Pemberton (nee Gaskell), of 1, Clifton Street, Preston, Lancashire. Formerly employed by the London and North Western Railway Company as a Junior Train Reporter at Preston, Lancashire. Mobilised 28/02/1917 to 3rd Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment, and subsequently transferred to 10th Bn., and finally to 1st/5th Bn.

Pendlebury, Richard –

Husband of Mrs. Pendlebury, of 28, Weymouth Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Wounded in the abdomen and right leg on 12/02/1916, resulting in amputation of the leg.
