Youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Booth, of 39, Halshaw Lane, Kearsley, Lancashire. Enlisted November 1914. Had his left leg amputated at the No.1 Auxiliary Hospital, Exeter, as a result of a gunshot wound received on 07/06/1917.
