Austin, Albert Joseph William –

Son of Albert Ernest and Isabella Sarah Austin (nee Mitchell), of 26, Rutland Grove, Chorley Old Road, Bolton, Lancashire, and formerly of 12, St. Paul’s Cottages, Halliwell, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Annie Austin (nee Kay). Formerly employed by the London and North Western Railway Company. Enlisted 1914. Three times wounded; in 1915 in the Dardanelles, 1916 on the Somme, and again in 1917 in the left arm. Died aged 29 years, 1919, and interred at St. Stephen’s Farnworth 19/05/1919.
