Hollows, James –

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Hollows, of 65, Price Street, Moses Gate, Farnworth, Lancashire. Previously worked as a signalman for the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Company. Enlisted December 1916.

Holt, Thomas –

Husband of S. A. Trafford (formerly Holt), of 47, Wordsworth Street, Pendleton, Lancashire. Worked for Salford Corporation Electricity Department

Son of Robert and Margaret Ann Holt, of 105, Lilyhill Street, Whitefield, Lancashire.

Holt, George –

Son of Samuel and Clara Holt, of Hulme, Manchester, Lancashire; husband of Mary Holt, of 17, Hope Street, Wilmott Street, Chorlton-on-Medlock, Manchester, Lancashire.

Holt, Albert –

Husband of Mrs. Holt, of 27, Dobhill Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Wounded on the Somme and treated at Whalley hospital until 03/01/1918 then returned to France. Killed instantaneously by the bursting of a shell.

Hope, Robert –

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Hope, of 119, Bolton Road, Walkden, Lancashire. Enlisted 1915, Lancashire Fusiliers. Prisoner of war at Dulmen Camp, Westphalia, Germany, captured 30/07/1916 near Guillemont.

Hope, Harry –

Son of Mrs. Crossley (formerly Hope), of 33, Brownlow Road, Horwich, Lancashire. Captured aged 20 and prisoner of war in Germany.
