Whittle, Bruno –

Son of Mr. Whittle, of 79, Worsley Road, Little Hulton, Lancashire; brother of Mrs. E. Westwell, of 15, Blackhorse Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Enlisted June 1916, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Memorial in Walkden (St. Paul) Churchyard.

Son of Mrs. E. E. Williams, of 28, Eldon Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly of 303, Ainsworth Lane, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed at the offices of the Co-operative Society. Received his Military Medal from the mayor whilst recovering at Watermillock Hospital.

Son of Thomas and Hannah Woodall. Of 39, Bridgewater Street, Winton, Patricroft, Lancashire. Formerly employed by Messrs. Tillotsons on the Eccles and Patricroft Journal. Later commissioned and served as Second Lieutenant. Surname also recorded sometimes as WOODHALL.
