Of 174, Oxford Grove, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted November 1915. Wounded 27/08/1916 in the right arm and right thigh by gunshot. Also served in the 5th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment and possibly Lancashire Fusiliers.
