Youngest son of George Edward and the late Sarah Bardsley, of 91, Grasmere Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Severely wounded 08/09/1917 in the thigh.

Boardman, Albert –

Son of Mary Ann Boardman, of 24, Liverpool Street, Bolton, Lancashire, and the late John Boardman. Body not recovered for burial.

Bolton, Wright –

Caught aged 16 as an absentee from Barrow-in-Furness since 01/12/1915 appearing before Bolton Magistrates 18/01/1916 to be sent back to his unit under escort. (Bolton Archives: JBO/1/26).

Maginnis, Richard Edward (Eddie) –

Youngest son of Edward Maginnis, of 221, Deane Church Lane, Bolton, Lancashire. Died of bronchial pneumonia at 89th General Hospital, Taranto, Italy.
