Of 25, Settle Street, Little Lever, Lancashire. Enlisted October 1915.

Taylor, Edward Clifford –

Son of Mrs. Alice Taylor, of 9, Westminster Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Enlisted November 1915. Previously twice wounded, in 1916 and 1917. Admitted to the Casualty Clearing Station 06/02/1918 unconscious and with a gunshot wound in the left arm and concussion of the brain, and died without regaining conscousness. Recorded as C. E. Taylor on CWGC and as C or Clifford Taylor in local newspapers.

Eldest son of Harry and Elizabeth Ann Unsworth, of 22, Whittle Grove, Bolton, Lancashire. Originally posted as missing, subsequently presumed killed on the same day as his brother Harry.
