Caught as an absentee from the Cheshire Regiment at Birkenhead and from the Welsh Regiment. Appeared before Bolton Magistrates both times to be sent back to his unit under escort. Chadwick, Albert –

Previously enlisted aged 16 in September 1914 into the Royal Army Medical Corps, and discharged after 9 months training on account of his age. Re-enlisted and joined the Welsh Regiment. Reported missing since 10/07/1916 and subsequently presumed killed.
