Of 27, Regent Square, Salford, Lancashire. Formerly Sergeant 4842, 4th Bn., Manchester Regiment, and 577642, Labour Corps.

Pickvance, James –

Son of H. J. and A. Pickvance, of Bolton, Lancashire. Of 34, Ramwell Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted aged 16 in March 1915. Formerly 4092, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Wounded 25th August and died three days later.

Of 79, Soho Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Caught aged 35 as an absentee from Swindon since 10/10/1917 appearing before Bolton Magistrates 20/11/1917 to be sent back to his unit under escort. (Bolton Archives: JBO/1/28).
