Son of Mr. F. W. Woods, of Rathgar, County Dublin, Ireland; husband of Mary Isabel Elfrida Wood (nee Glen Bott) – married at St. Thomas Church, Halliwell, 23/11/1915. Director of Holdsworth Bros, Higher Bridge Street, Bolton, Lancashire.

Woods, George –

Son of Thomas and Polly Woods, of 25, Oxford Grove, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Ellen Woods, of 45, Strachan Street East, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Served four years with the Bolton Volunteers before emigrating to Canada. Died at No.20 General Hospital, Camiers, from gunshot wounds to abdomen received 21/02/1917.
