Wright, James –

Husband of Mrs. A. P. Wright, of 310, St. Helens Road, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly superintendent for the Britannic Assurance Co., Ltd.

Wright, James –

Son of William and Grace Wright, of 48, Russell Street, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Mabel M. Wright, of 28, Ivy Road, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed at the Educatiuon Offices for 25 years. Formerly Private, S4/125670, Royal Army Service Corps, enlisting July 1915. Transferred to RFA December 1916. Severely wounded in the legs and arm 31/08/1917 resulting in amputation of one leg. Subsequently died of his wounds.

Wright, James –

Wounded and admitted to hospital with gunshot wounds to the neck, October 1915. He had only just turned 17 years of age, having been granted special request to accompany his battery to the front although officially under age for foreign service.

Wright, James Frederick Clark –

Of Peel Street, Farnworth, Lancashire. Formerly Sergeant 743, 5th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Regimental bandmaster. Reported wounded August 1916.

Wright, James Percy –

Of 49, Ellenborough Road, Hillsborough, Sheffield, Yorkshire. Formerly Battery Sergeant Major 21241, Royal Field Artillery. Commissioned at the Dardanelles.
