Son of Ann Ainsworth, of 21, Gregson Street, Farnworth, Lancashire, and the late John Ainsworth. Formerly 11th Bn., King’s Own Royal Lancaster Regiment. Wounded 13/02/1918 in the legs, and brought for treatment at the General Hospital in Loughborough.
