Husband of Mrs. Wilson, of 96, Reservoir Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted May 1915. Formerly Private 4933, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Reported missing 08/08/1916 and subsequently presumed killed. His name is on the Rolls of Honour at St. Mark’s and St. Matthew’s Schools.

Husband of Edith Winder, of 102, Weston Street, Great Lever, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly 8534, Royal Engineers. Died aged 43 years 19/02/1918 and interred 23/02/1918 at Bolton (Heaton) Cemetery in grave CE. 2. S. 91.

Enlisted August 1915. Formerly 5222, Duke of Lancaster’s Own Yeomanry. Forename reported as ERNEST in BJ&G.

Son of Samuel George and Amy Windsor, of 156, Liverpool Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, and formerly of 87, Leicester Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly Private 2358, 25th Bn., Australian Infantry. Attached Army Ordnance Corps. Died of wounds in 111th Field Ambulance (Royal Army Medical Corps), the result of a bomb dropped from an enemy aeroplane.

Son of Elizabeth Ann Bibby (formerly Winstanley), of 124, Lawn Street, Bolton, Lancashire, and the late William Winstanley. Formerly of 30, Rawson Road, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly an employee of the Bolton Cooperative Society. Wounded on 03/04/1917 and died in hospital the following day. A brother died at Aldershot, 08/03/1913.

Formerly Private 1988, 1st/5th Bn., Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Reported wounded and missing since 30/11/1917, and subsequently presumed killed. His father William served with the Royal Defence Corps. A brother William was prisoner of war in Hanover, Germany.
