Lindley, Charles –

Son of Charles and Mary Lindley, of 2, Hooton Street, Bolton, Lancashire. A member of the Bolton Corps of the St. John Ambulance Brigade. Enlisted aged 16 in November 1915. Survived the torpedoing of the troopship Arcadian. Attached 3rd/57th Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery. Killed when a shell burst in his dug-out in Italy.

Mayoh, James –

Son of Willian and Edna Mayoh, of Bury Road, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Emily Ann Mayoh, of 58, Longfield Road, Daubhill, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted February 1915. Slightly wounded in the head July 1916.

Nappin, Albert –

Husband of Doris Nappin, of 827, St. Helens Road, Over Hulton, Bolton, Lancashire. Died at Squires Gate Railway Station, South Shore, Blackpool, Lancashire.

Nuttall, James Bate –

Son of William Nuttall and of Cecelia Nuttall (nee Todd); husband of Gladys Nuttall, of Deane, Bolton, Lancashire.

O’Neill, George Victor –

Son of George and Lucy Maud O’Neil, of 17, Sloane Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed at the Wharton Hall Colliery, Little Hulton, and associated with the No.2 Corps of the Salvation Army. Also sometimes recorded as O’NEIL.

Parkinson, Harold –
