Son of John and Martha A. Fitzgerald, of 261, Bridgeman Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Wounded 27/09/1917.

Forrest, James –

Son of Mr. and Mrs. James Unsworth, of 29, Unsworth Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Previously received a gunshot wound in May 1915.

Foy, James –

Husband of Mrs. Foy, of 15, Back Derby Street, Bolton, Lancashire.

Frain, William –

Husband of Mary Frain, of 2, Bird Street, Derby Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Caught aged 38 as AWOL from the 9th Bn., Royal Dublin Fusiliers at Blackdown since 19/11/1915 appearing before Bolton Magistrates 23/11/1915 to be sent back to his unit under escort. (Bolton Archives: JBO/1/26). Died from wounds caused by a gas shell.

Son of James and Margaret Gallagher, of 14, High Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Worked for the London and North Western Railway Company as a Porter at Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted May 1915. Name also recorded as JANIUS in BJ&G.

Gallagher, Francis –

Son of Francis and Margaret Ann Gallagher, of 87, Oak Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly employed at the Earl of Ellesmere’s Brackley Colliery, Little Hulton, Lancashire. Enlisted January 1915, aged 17.

Gaskell, Henry –

Of 59, Noble Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Father and three sons all served.

Gateley, James –

Husband of Catherine Gateley, of 69, Parrott Street, Derby Street, Bolton, Lancashire and formerly of 33, Basil Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Was being treated for phthisis / pulmonary tuberculosis at time of death.
