Caught aged 36 as an absentee from Felixstowe since 03/05/1917 and aged 38 from Prees Heath since 22/07/1918 appearing before Bolton Magistrates 10/05/1917 also charged with assault on Police Constable 110 Garner (charge dismissed), and 29/07/1918 to be sent back to his unit under escort.
