Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Chadwick, of 18, Skipton Street, Tonge, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Bessie Howell (formerly Chadwick), of 1366, Cannon Street East, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Was instantly killed by a shell splinter in the breast. Two brothers also served, Jack wounded and in Harpurhey Hospital, and Albert in Salonika in September 1918.
