Ivers, Harold Bradley –

Eldest son of Dr. John Gladstone and Edith Ivers (nee Bradley), of Beechwood, 17, Crosby Road, Birkdale, Southport, Lancashire, and formerly of Bolton Road, Moses Gate, Farnworth, Lancashire. An old boy of Bolton Grammar School (1908-11). Commissioned March 1915. One of the survivors of the troopship Royal Edward, sunk in the Aegean Sea in August 1915. Wounded in the face, side, thigh and foot 05/04/1918.
