Son of Mr. and Mrs. Williamson, of 32, King Street, Harwood, Turton, Lancashire. Enlisted August 1914. Wounded in the Persian Gulf in the right foot and left hand, developed septic poisoning, and then suffered dysentery and yellow fever. His brother served in the Royal Army Medical Corps.
