Cox, Joseph –

Son of the late Lawrence and Mary Ann Cox, of 25, Daisy Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly of 16, Gregson Field, Bolton, Lancashire. Previous service 5 years as a gunner in the Garrison Artillery. Previously reported missing and believed killed, presumed to have died near Zillebeke.

Crane, Edward Frank (Frank Edward) –

NOTE:- Served as Frank Edward Crane. Son of Edward and Mary Jane Crane, of 19, Mayfield Road, Eccles, Lancashire. Of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Formerly 217th Bn., Canadian Expeditionary Force. Was advancing with his Bn. (in the vicinity of Folies), and shortly before reaching the objective, he was hit in the head by a piece of shrapnel and instantly killed.

Commissioned Temporary Lieutenant 30/11/1918.
