Davison, Robert –

Youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Davison, of 40, Primrose Street, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Hannah Davison, of 70, Baxendale Street, Astley Bridge, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted September 1914. Died at 13th General Hospital, Boulogne, France.

Dawson, Joseph –

Son of John and Dinah Dawson, of 13, Ainsworth Street, Halliwell, Bolton, Lancashire. Enlisted January 1916. Killed by gunshot to the head.

Delaney, James –

Son of John and Mary Ann Delaney, of 155, Regent Road, Salford, Lancashire; husband of Mary Lillian Delaney (nee O’Garr), of 50, Silk Street, Salford, Lancashire (married 17/03/1914). James enlisted aged 18 and prior to enlistment he had worked as a kitchen porter. Due to James’s death Mary was awarded a pension of 16 shillings and 3 pence a week.
