Nephew of Winnie S. A. Bush, of 147, Clements Road, East Ham, Essex, and also of 70, Latham Road, East Ham, Essex. Killed when Cruiser HMS Natal blew up at Cromarty due to faulty cordite. Body not recovered for burial.

Brother of Mrs. Gracie Biell, of 12, Robinson Street, Salford, Lancashire. Son of the late Mrs. Margaret Robinson. Born at Liverpool (Naval Casualties), born at Salford (CWGC). Recorded as HMS Vivid on Naval Casualties.

Rustage, William –

Son of John R. and Edith Rustage, of 34, Duchess Street, Lower Broughton, Lancashire.

Ryan, William –

Of 7, Ballybrough Road, Dublin, Ireland. Caught as an absentee from Royal Naval Barracks, Devonport since 30/12/1918 appearing before Bolton Magistrates 07/01/1919 for this and theft of property of value 15/10 from Mary Longden of 40, Fraser Street, Bolton, Lancashire on 06/01/1919. Probation for 6 months for the theft and sent back to his unit under escort. (Bolton Archives: JBO/1/30).
