Son of Edward and Christina Hynes, of 19, Swan Street, Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Alice Hynes, of 56, Moncrieffe Street, Rose Hill, Bolton, Lancashire. Formerly of 35, Oak Street, Moses Gate, Farnworth, Lancashire.

Hynes, William –

Brother of Mr. Hynes, of 8, Byng Street, Farnworth, Lancashire; husband of Mrs. Hynes, of Golbourne, Lancashire. Enlisted December 1914. Served in the Dardanelles and Salonika. Suffered malaria resulting in hospitalisation in Malta and Winwick Hospital. Died 30/03/1917 from wounds sustained in the leg and arm on 27/03/1917.

Son of Patrick and Margaret Kelly, of 87, Clammerclough Road, Farnworth, Lancashire. Formerly 35th Bn., Australian Imperial F. Reported missing in France since 09/04/1918 and confirmed prisoner of war in German hands. Subsequently reported to have died whilst prisoner of war at Lamsdorf, Germany.
