Holt, Thomas Entwistle –

Son of William and Mary Holt, of Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Lily R. A. Holt, of 10, Duke Street, Frome, Somerset. Formerly of 186, Lorne Street, Moses Gate, Farnworth, Lancashire. Joined the Chatham Division of the Royal Marine Light Infantry 25/03/1905 having formerly been an engine-cleaner for the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Company at Burnden. Killed when Cruiser HMS Natal blew up at Cromarty due to faulty cordite. Body not recovered for burial.
