Morris, Edmund (Eddie) –

Son of the late Frederick and Martha Ann Morris, of Ainsworth, Lancashire; grandson of Mrs. Alice Morris, of Schoolside, Ainsworth, Lancashire. Enlisted December 1916. Died at a casualty clearing station having been shot through the head. Reported as Lancashire Fusiliers in local newspapers.

Moss, John G –

Husband of Elizabeth E. Moss (nee Worsley), of 23, Smith Street, Bolton, Lancashire. Previously served with the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment for 17 years, and although discharged on medical grounds, secured re-enlistment April 1915 in the Royal Welsh Fusiliers.
